It also displays this data for both the current and the prior month to help you keep an eye on trends over time.
End-User Performance
System Shepherd measures application performance from the end-user perspective. The Executive Dashboard displays 30 days of performance data and shows how actual end-user performance compares to your custom-defined target.
IT Management Effectiveness
The System Shepherd Executive Dashboard provides instant visibility into problem areas in your IT management strategy. We present the information overall and by tier so you can quickly pinpoint weak areas in your IT environment or resources. You can quickly view average escalation duration, critical escalation count, warning escalation count, and currently open escalation count and see how these data points compare to your customized targets.
