We offer a variety of delivery models to augment your IT team’s capacity and expertise. One option is full management of your entire IT environment. Alternatively, we can be assigned to manage just fringe platforms or applications, with which your in-house staff has only limited experience. A third common option is to have us monitor your systems, while your own in-house staff does the management of the alerts or weaknesses found by our monitoring.
What Are “Managed Services”?
At Absolute Performance, Managed Services encompasses IT monitoring and/or management of all or part of the customer's IT infrastructure, from the low-end to the high-end:

Examples of Low-End Managed Services include fundamental services such as basic up/down monitoring and network device management. Examples of High-End Managed Services include advanced services such as proactive performance tuning, capacity management, and end-user performance monitoring services.
