QA / Software Test Engineer - Boulder, CO
Design and implement a QA process. Manage the release of company's software product offering. Collaborates with team on large-scale design of software product.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, upgrade and manage software testing processes
- Establish quality goals and metrics for releases
- Create software release QA test plans
- Create automated test cases and scripts
- Perform automated and manual test cases, document and report results through automated tools
- Perform simulated load testing
- Track and report QA metrics per release cycle and across releases
- Develop product quality, functionality and process recommendation and improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant experience
- Requires 3 - 6 years of Software QA experience including writing test cases from requirements, agile user stories, use cases and technical specifications
- Must have proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of software testing techniques and automated test tools
- Knowledge and experience working in an Agile development process
- Excellent time management, written communications, decision making, presentation, human relations and organizational skills

Provides support in the development of documents, presentations, spreadsheets, databases. Coordinates extensive domestic and international travel and meeting schedules. Acts as purchasing coordinator for the office. Provides administrative support to the CEO.

Senior Accountant - Boulder, CO
Provides accounting leadership to the finance and accounting team in meeting operational, reporting and compliance objectives. The person who fills this role is comfortable in an early stage environment, champions Process Improvement, and is well skilled in working with a team to innovate more efficient ways to complete routine tasks. Strong computer and accounting skills will be required attributes for success.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of monthly statements
- Completion of month end financial close and reconciliations
- Variance Analysis of financial statements to prior periods, budgets and forecasts
- Assist in the design and creation of various financial, forecast and sales periodic reports
- Updates of periodic financial revenue and expense forecasts
- Lead efforts for accounting organization process improvement
- Aid in preperation of annual budgets
- Revenue Cycle - monthly recurring revenue, billing and revenue recognition process and automation improvement
- Fixed asset tracking, reconciliation and depreciation calculations
- Purchasing including hardware contracts negotiation
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS in Accounting
- 5 - 10 years experience in accounting in high-technology or software company and/or public accounting
- Strong work ethic - able to prioritize and work in a demanding detail-oriented environment
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, confident in communicating with customers
- Software industry experience is desirable
- Self-motivated, time efficient and proactive with ability to work under minimum supervision
- Experience in a computerized accounting environment is essential
- Experience with Quickbooks and advanced skills in MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook are critical
